Getting Started: A guide for a new players[]

When you first log in, you are welcomed as a new Golemancer!

Golemancer Staff[]

It is required to buy the Golemancer Staff before interacting with the game.

When you have acquired the staff, you will start out on the homepage with a stash of $PART, ready to be claimed.

Starting Strategy[]

You choose the strategy to take from here.

Will you...

Attack before claiming to try and get a bigger bag to get more upgrades?
Claim first, upgrade, and then attack for greater chances of being victorious?
Follow the Mysteries of the Golemancer quest first?

Note: Attacking before upgrading can be risky, since level 1 power against level 1 fortification only has a 45.45% chance of victory. And losing will burn 10% of your Claimable Stash!

Hint: You have an hour of protection from attacks starting just after acquiring your staff!

Beginner Quests[]

Golem Overlord has a series of quests for beginners. They also serve as tutorials to walk you through various elements of gameplay that you need to learn as a new player. We recommend starting your journey by completing these quests before deciding on a strategy.

Claiming Your Part Stash[]

If you decide to start by claiming instead of attacking, simply follow the Mysteries of the Golemancer quest instructions and game prompts within the Golem Overlord game. This will walk you through claiming, scavenging, increasing fortification, and more.
